Jack is the President and has strived to build remarkable projects for each unique client. His strong communication skills and ability to create long lasting relationships has built a remarkable client base that continually supports the company’s growth.

Joined by his sons Nick, Patrick, and Chris, they each bring their unique talents and perspectives into the business which has allowed Century Bay Builders to be as successful as it is today.

Nick Shaver is the Vice President and manages the financials and day to day business organization. His extraordinary business sense and organization skills serve as a strong foundation for the company to operate upon. With nearly 15 years of construction experience and his vast depth of construction knowledge he provides a unique perspective which pushes Century Bay Builders above the competition.

Patrick Shaver is the Director of Sales and Marketing and manages new and existing customer relationships. His outgoing personality and passion for people reinforces the company’s core values. Chris Shaver is a Project Manager and also performs much of the project estimating. With a background in construction management, his outstanding organizational skills keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. His uncanny ability to spot possible challenges on site and quickly adapt, increases productivity which leads to shorter job durations and less disruption for the client.

Together, they design and build remarkable homes for the homeowners in the North Shore and surrounding communities. Their eye for detail, as skilled craftsmen, shines through as they build each project as a showpiece.
