Although "green building" seems to be a recent addition to the construction industry, we have been using sustainable building practices for some time. These practices include many "behind the scenes" specifics which help reduce our projects' impact on the environment and the health of our clients. For example, we use FSC Certified (Forest Stewardship Council) lumber and other products. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an independent, non-governmental, not for profit organization established to promote the responsible management of the world’s forests.
